An account marked as needing attention is the start of a review. The account owner still needs to understand what changed, whether it matters to the customer, and what the team can usefully do next.
Review the wider account picture
Use Customer 360 and the available health, adoption, engagement, support, and feedback context to prepare your review. Check the customer’s goals and lifecycle stage alongside the signals. An onboarding account may need a different conversation from an established customer nearing renewal.
Missing information should become a question to resolve. Do not assume an absent signal means the account is healthy, or that one unfavorable signal establishes churn intent.
Ask Caleb for a focused review
A practical request is: “Review this account’s available context. Explain the concerns, identify what we need to validate, and prepare a customer-specific action plan.” Caleb can help prepare recommendations and proposed work from the information available in atEaseAI.
Review the output against what the account owner knows. Adjust the interpretation and the proposed next steps where the context is incomplete or has changed.
Coordinate the response
Decide who leads the customer conversation and who handles any internal dependency. Use supported tasks and workflows for follow-through. The responsible person reviews and approves consequential Caleb actions before execution through available capabilities.
At the next review, check whether the customer concern is better understood and whether the agreed action helped. A completed task is a record of work; the customer outcome still needs attention.
Put it into practice
- Review the contributing context.
- Validate uncertainty with the customer or source owner.
- Review proposed work and approve consequential actions.
