Connecting tools is only part of connecting customer context. The information also needs to belong to the right account and support the decisions your team makes. Start with one workflow and the sources it requires.

Choose the context the workflow needs

An account review may need CRM records, open support issues, recent conversations, and product usage. Identify the information that affects the conversation before connecting every available source.

atEaseAI’s integration directory lists supported and planned connections. Review the current status and scope for your tools. An available connection does not mean every field or action in that source is supported.

Confirm account identity and source ownership

Decide how records from each system map to your customer accounts. Review cases such as multiple product workspaces, subsidiaries, or contacts who work across organizations. Agree which source owns commercial and customer details.

Validate a few representative records with the people who know them. An apparently complete account view can still be misleading if the usage or tickets belong to a different account.

Validate the connection before relying on the review. Choose sources: The context your workflow needs. Map the account: Confirm identity and source ownership. Choose a product-usage connection path

If your team uses a supported product analytics tool, review that integration. If usage is held in your own backend, the Usage API provides a direct integration path. Your backend sends usage information for account-level adoption context.

The API Documentation contains the verified endpoint and authentication details. Your technical team should use that reference rather than adapting a generic event example from an article.

Test the account review

Use a known account to check the information and its usefulness. Note missing records or context before asking Caleb to prepare recommendations. Keep access and the responsibilities of your source owners part of the implementation discussion.

A successful connection should help the team understand the customer and prepare useful work. Confirm that result before expanding the setup.

Put it into practice

  • Choose the workflow and required sources.
  • Validate account mapping with known records.
  • Use the verified API reference for backend integration.
